Cumi Goreng Tepung

Bahan-bahan:
1.Cumi-Cumi 500 gr (ukuran sedang yang bersih, tanpa kepala)
2.Air kapur sirih (biar cuminya kagak alot)
3.Tepung Maizena 100 gr
4.Margarine 3 sdm
5.Air jeruk nipis 2 Sdm
6.Garam 1 sdt
7.Putih Telur, 2butir (Kocok)
8.Saus tomat, saus sambal cabai bawang atau saus sambal seafood
9.Minyak buat ngegoreng cumi

Cara bikin:
1.Potong cumi segede 1 cm kayak bentuk cincin. Aduk cumi ama air kapur sampe’ rata. Biarin kurang lebih 30 menit, trus cuci ama air bersih. Tirisin.
2.Rendam cumi ama air jeruk nipis 10 menit. Cuci, trus tirisin. Aduk cumi ama garam sampe’ rata.
3.Celupin masing-masing potongan cumi ke putih telur yang udah dikocok sampe’ rata.
4.Gelindingin cumi ke tepung maizena, sampe’ terbalut rata.
5.Panasin margarine dan minyak goreng. Goreng cumi sampe’ berwarna kuning dan matang. Angkat, tirisin.
6.Hidangin hangat ama saus tomat, saus sambal cabai ato saus sambal seafood.
